Thriller – Michael Jackson

It sold 32 million copies in the U.S. alone, and it’s a representative work of Michael Jackson, who doesn’t need much explanation. It was released in 1982, three and a half years after its debut on the Epic label [Off the Wall], and released seven of these nine songs, all single in 37 weeks, making it the top 10 list.

Man’s explanation is no longer necessary for the Almighty. Like Madonna, she changed her image from time to time, surviving harsh attacks in the media. With a young, fresh voice, Michael, once a member of the Jackson 5 in Star Family Motown, creates a solo career that can blow up all the pop stars around the world. Jackson, who unrivaled blend of rock guitars, funky-style Motown and infectious dance beats, literally overthrew the look of popular music and ruled. Jackson’s high, light voice was his own patent in the music world.

Following the previous film, it was completed with the production of Quincy Jones, and Michael Jackson’s vocal ability, which exerts talent in the avant-garde and colorful genres such as ballads, hard rock and disco, is outstanding. “The Girl is Mine,” a duet with Paul McCartney, “Billie Jean” with signature choreography “Moonwalk,” Eddie van Halen’s cheery guitar riffy vocal performance, “Beat It,” romantic number “Human Nature,” and a music video with an impressive rendition.

There is no exaggeration to say that pop superstar’s outstanding talent. Michael Jackson swept eight categories, including Grammy’s “Album of the Year” and “Records of the Year” with [Thriller], which mesmerized the public with just nine songs, and Rolling Stone honored the work by ranking it in the top 20 on the 500 list. It was re-released as a special edition, including bonus tracks “Someone in the Dark” and “Carousel” along with the song that was remastered in 2001, and was newly introduced as [Thriller 25] in 2008 with a collaboration track with will.i.am to mark the 25th anniversary of its release.
